What we look for

How the directory works

This is a referral directory, not a marketplace. It exists so families are not left searching alone after their ceremony is arranged.

  • Work to the same standards

    Families are introduced to you under Shastri Ji Manishbhai Pandya’s name. Punctuality, honesty about what you can and cannot do, and respect for the religious side of the occasion matter more than scale.

  • Transparent introductions

    Where a referral arrangement exists, families are told. Nothing is presented as an impartial recommendation when it is not.

  • One point of contact

    Enquiries reach you through the partner portal, so nothing is lost in forwarded messages and you can see what a family has actually asked for.

  • A considered directory

    The directory stays deliberately small. We would rather list fewer partners we can speak for than a long list we cannot.

    We speak with you about how you work, the occasions you are suited to and what you would rather not take on.

    Listing and introductions

    Once agreed, you appear in the trusted partners directory and receive introductions through the partner portal.

  4. 04

    Keeping in touch

    You update your own availability and notes in the portal, and we review the arrangement with you as it goes along.

Established suppliers who regularly serve Hindu families in the United Kingdom — planners, caterers, mandap and marquee suppliers, photographers, florists, musicians, clothing and jewellery specialists, and funeral directors. We consider each enquiry individually rather than listing everyone who applies.

Commercial arrangements differ by category and are agreed individually with each partner, so nothing is published here. Speak with us and we will set out plainly what would apply to you before you commit to anything.

The public brand is centred on Shastri Ji Manishbhai Pandya. Priest support is handled privately rather than through a public directory, so this partner programme is for independent suppliers in the categories listed above.

When a family asks for something outside the ceremony itself, we suggest partners we would be comfortable recommending and leave the choice with them. Any referral arrangement is disclosed rather than hidden.
