Everything on this page was written by the family concerned and is published with their agreement. Only punctuation and spelling have been tidied; nothing has been rewritten or combined.

Families chose how they are named. Where a venue or place is mentioned, it is simply where the ceremony took place; it is not a partnership or a recommendation. No photographs of families appear unless a family supplied them.

How three ceremonies were arranged

Short accounts rather than case studies: what each family was planning, what mattered to them, and how the day came together.

Hindu Wedding

A Wedding Everyone Could Feel Part Of

Harry & Sejal

For Harry and Sejal, it was important that their Hindu wedding remained meaningful and traditional while also welcoming Harry’s non-Hindu family and friends.

Before the wedding, they appreciated being able to discuss the ceremony, timings and rituals in advance. Clear explanations in English helped everyone understand the significance of what was taking place.

What touched them most was how naturally everyone became involved. The ceremony remained respectful and spiritual, while also feeling warm, relaxed and inclusive.

They were especially pleased to hear afterwards how much their guests had enjoyed the ceremony and appreciated understanding what the rituals meant.

Their lasting feeling was simple: their traditions had been respected, while everyone present was able to feel included.

Griha Pravesh & Havan

Blessing a New Home

Urmila & Siva

When Urmila and Siva arranged their first Griha Pravesh and Havan, they wanted more than simply to follow instructions. They wanted to understand the prayers and the meaning behind each stage of the ceremony.

They particularly appreciated the patience taken to explain the mantras and guide them through the rituals.

The ceremony left them feeling peaceful, grateful and more connected to their traditions.

Years later, when they moved into another home, they chose to invite Manishbhai to conduct the ceremony again.

For them, the most meaningful part was not only performing the rituals, but understanding their significance and beginning a new chapter in their home with gratitude and blessings.

Funeral & Remembrance

Guidance at a Difficult Time

A family supported by Manishbhai

After losing a loved one, one family found themselves grieving while also trying to understand the Hindu rites that needed to be performed.

They were deeply grateful for the calm guidance, thoughtful explanations and sensitivity shown throughout.

The prayers and rituals were conducted with dignity and care, helping the family feel that they had honoured their loved one in a meaningful and respectful way.

At such an emotional time, having someone patiently explain what needed to happen brought reassurance and comfort.

Their lasting gratitude came from knowing that their loved one had been remembered and honoured with respect, devotion and compassion.
